Australian Returns

You may return your online purchase, provided it's in its original, unworn condition, within 30 days
from receipt of goods.

How to process your return?
We understand that there are times you need to return an item. Please complete and submit via the link below.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a refund, return parcels
must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order; returns sent outside this timeframe will be issued as store credit only.

Store credits - Valid for 12 months from date of issue. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.​

Conditions for Returns 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, neatly folded, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging, free of makeup, dirt, and pet hair. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. 

Refunds If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 -7 business days back to the
original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. Funds may take an additional 3-5 business
days to appear in your account. Store credits are issued immediately.
